Our Dojo's program is focused on functional fitness for health improvement and practical life protection.

At the Kotekan Dojo, we have inherited a variety of different ways to practice martial arts, from traditional forms and their application, to ancient weapons and their use, and bogu kumite both with empty hand and with weapons to practically train both Karate and Kobudo as one and the same.
